Privacy policy
Company Office Ltd (“we”, company number 15820394) is the data controller for the personal data you provide when you use companyoffice.co.uk. We process it to provide the service, and we handle it in line with UK GDPR.
What we collect. Account details (name, email), the company and financial data you enter, and standard technical data (IP address, device, and — only with your consent — analytics). We do not sell your data.
Why we hold it. To run your account, sync with Companies House, process payments through our providers, and meet our legal obligations. We keep it only as long as your account is active or as the law requires.
Your rights. You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time — email hello@companyoffice.co.uk.
Terms of service
By creating an account you agree to these terms. Company Office is provided on a subscription basis at the prices shown on our pricing page; company subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time, keeping access until the end of the paid period.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the filings you approve. Company Office prepares filings and submissions for your review; the decision to submit is yours. We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but do not provide regulated financial, legal or tax advice.
We may update the service and these terms; we’ll give notice of material changes. Either party may end the agreement in line with these terms. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
