What does £2.99 a month include?+
Everything — invoicing, expenses with receipt capture, open-banking feeds, company records synced with Companies House, deadline tracking and filing preparation, same-day post scanning, and the iOS and Android apps. One plan, no tiers, VAT included.
Is it really free for accountancy firms?+
Yes. The partner panel and unlimited team seats are free. You pay a single £0.99/month licence per active client, billed to the practice — your clients pay nothing.
My client already uses Company Office. Can I take over their billing?+
Invite them from your partner panel and, once they approve, their billing moves to your practice. The approval step means you never touch a client’s data without their consent.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — there’s no contract. Cancel from Settings and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your data stays exportable throughout.
Do you support VAT and Making Tax Digital?+
VAT is handled throughout — on invoices, expenses and reports — using the UK reference rates. MTD-compatible submissions are on the roadmap; today Company Office prepares everything you need to file.
I haven’t formed my company yet — can I still sign up?+
