Running a UK company shouldn’t mean a dozen tools and a shoebox of receipts.
Company Office started from a simple frustration: the day-to-day of running a limited company is scattered across invoicing apps, spreadsheets, a bank portal, Companies House and a filing cabinet. Nothing talks to anything else, and the deadlines that matter are the easiest to miss.
So we built one place for it all — invoicing, expenses with receipt capture, open-banking feeds, company records synced with Companies House, deadline tracking and a services marketplace for the filings themselves. On the web and in a native app, for one honest price.
We also built it for the accountants who look after these companies: a free partner panel to run every client from one screen. When the software and the people who use it share the same tools, everyone spends less time on admin and more on the work that matters.
